When you request the Fasting Choice Guide, you may provide your first name and email address. When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through website forms or ordinary email.

The site uses Cloudflare for website hosting, security, Turnstile form-abuse protection, protected resource delivery, and database storage of website inquiries and subscription-preference records; Resend for subscriber management and email delivery; and Google Workspace for business email. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. If the service stack materially changes, this policy will be updated.

Email choices

Subscriber emails include a subscription-management or unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time, and a management link may also allow you to resubscribe later. Messages necessary to deliver a resource you specifically requested may still be sent in connection with that request.

Cookies and analytics

The initial site is designed to function without a user account. If analytics, advertising measurement, or other nonessential tracking technologies are added, this policy and any required notice or consent controls will be updated before those technologies are used.
